Anker Prime 250W Charging Station Addon
The Anker Prime Charger 250W already centralizes desktop charging, but the cables can still take over the desk. This addon turns four modular retractable cable modules into a compact base, so the charger stays usable while the cables stay parked.
The structure is split into three printed pieces and is designed to print without supports. I kept the material use low and left enough room for the cable modules to slide in, pull out, and return without fighting the body.
Hardware
- Anker Prime Charger 250W
- Four detachable cable modules
- 3D printing filament
- Optional rubber foot, about 30 x 5 x 1.5 mm
Print notes
The published profile uses 0.2 mm layers, 2 walls, and 15% infill. PETG or ABS is recommended because the charger can get warm under heavy load, and PLA may soften in extreme charging conditions.
The cable module referenced in the design is the 100 W version, roughly 6 cm x 5 cm x 1.5 cm, with a 1 m cable. After installation, a small amount of glue can help keep the printed body and module from separating over time.
